Alper is a senior associate in our Corporate and M&A team in Türkiye, with a focus on M&A transactions, joint ventures and private equity transactions.
Alper has significant experience of advising local and international clients on different levels of acquisition processes including share sales, share subscriptions, asset transfers and joint ventures as well as all types of in out-bound investments of Turkish conglomerates.
