She has worked on a number of cross-border acquisition financing, banking/finance, syndicated and debt restructuring transactions, as well as representing issuers and underwriters in both debt and equity offerings. Nur is also involved in corporate and M&A transactions, and advises clients on general corporate advisory matters.
